How to fix "IP Configuration" Issues

My computer recently went in for screen repairs and upon its arrival home has stopped connecting to the internet. It has connected to other networks but will not connect to mine due to "No valid IP Configuration". I have never been very good with computers and have no idea how to solve this issue.

Open an elevated command window Elevated Command Prompt

    Enter the command:
    Code:
    netsh interface ipv4 reset
Restart and see if you can connect now.

If it connects to other networks but not your own network you may want to try resetting the router or modem.

I've tried both of those things and they didn't work
    Thank-you for trying :)

If you can post a screen shot of your ipconfig/all it would help us to narrow down the problem.

With no system specs listed about all we can do is guess at the issue. :)
