How do i found out what my Server Host Name is?

The server name would depend on what server. If you mean the network name of the machine you are on now, press Winkey Pause key combination. Then click Advanced System Settings. Leftmost Tab is Computer Name.

If that's not it please provide details what server you are talking about.
