Remote Desktop Connection won't connect after disconnection!

    Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my computers.

Whenever i connection via Remote Desktop Connection, it works fine. If i try to connect again, it won't work where it times out!

I have tried to shutdown the service and start it again but it doesn't work! The only way to fix it is to restart this computer!

    How do i fix this?

Welcome to the Seven Forums. Sorry that no one has had a suggestion for you. I've never seen that problem so I can only guess at things for you to try. How do you disconnect? Do you use the Start Menu? Or some other way?

Maybe one reason why I don't see this (and I do a lot of RDC/RDP connections) is I tend to reboot the remote computer when I disconnect.

I click on the x up the top right to disconnect!

I can't reboot the server all the time cause it runs my online store! I just use logmein for the time being but it's not as smooth as RDC.

I doubt that it will make any difference - but try the disconnect button shown in the screenshot.

    Let us know the outcome
