Windows 7: No "Share With" Choice on Win7 Homegroup Menu

Did someone just uncheck the option or was it removed for some reason. I noticed that it's very easy to "uncheck" this option if you click anywhere near it.

Anyway I'm glad you figured it out, I've never seen this problem once in three and half years.

I guees under Win7 the START menu is internally represented as a folder where new, individual, own shortcuts to the actual files are inserted (similarly to WinXP). Where EXACTLY is this folder located (under 64bit Win7). Or are my own START menu files coded as Registry entries? Peter

OS choice menu changes to "prevista OS" and windows svr 2008.
i just installed windows server 2008 on my desktop that runs windows server 2003 and windows XP. the OS choice menu was "windows XP and Windows svr 2003 before". but when i installed the win2k8 svr it changed to "pre vista OS and win2k8" when u select pre vista u can now choose b/w xp and win2k3....

Homegroup using "share with"; can you add a specific user from...
... another computer? "Share with" seems to recognize only local users. Is using "credentials" the key? If so I would need guidance here. I want to share my documents with myself only on my other computers. What is the best way to achieve this. Homegroup or something else?

Hello Ive managed to change all the icons on my system to custom ones apart from devices and printers and recorded tv on the right of the start menu.(the ones that appear over your user picture when you hover over them) Ive searched everywhere for their location in the registry but cant find them...
