please give what is exactly what it is??
i cant surf more about it because of slow internet connection
im using broadband and its truly slow 20kbps is the maximum speed i guess haha
so intrested using vpn please guide hahaha..lol

A good place to find general information is Wikipedia, and it shouldn't take too long for you to load up, as it is mostly just text on this page.
A virtual private network, is as good as any description for it. In many ways it is the same as a closed wired ethernet network - like a company's intranet. In the instance of an intranet, a VPN would be one method of extending that intranet - for example if the company is spread across two geographically different sites, they could set up a site-to-site VPN so that employees at both sites have access to the internal network.
It can also be used for roaming remote network access, much like if you were to log in to your company's intranet from home.
