Are you sure its plugged into a LAN port on your router?
Its showing an IP address of 5.87.190.14. < that looks like a public IP address to me.

See this section in the wiki on Hamachi.

@iamcole,
There are no "wired adapters" shown in the ipconfig/all output screen shot.
Open the Network and Sharing Center
Click on Change adapter settings
Change to the detailed view to display the most info all at once.
Post a screen shot showing all adapters.

While you are at it, please post a screen shot of the items shown in device manager. We want to make sure that there are no warnings like this:

Hamachi's virtual adapter is missing its default gateway - which forces it to be a public network (probably not what you want for a VPN tool.) You can re-install Hamachi over top of the existing install to repair the default gateway problem - but having two default gateways causes issues for some W7 user and no problems for others.

If you have created any Hamachi networks using the Hamachi software, then do not uninstall it unless you know what parts to keep. If you created Hamachi networks using the web-based interface, then you can uninstall Hamachi while you are working thru this connectivity issue.

Ah, OK, I saw "Hamachi" but didn't know it was a VPN client. I thought it was the Brand name for the adapter or something. Its a good thing somebodies paying attention.
