WPA2 Enterprise with AES encryption is the most secure followed closely by WPA2 using AES. AES is a more secure encryption than the older TKIP and AES is made to work the 802.11n standard. PSK just means pre shared key.

is there WPA2 Enterprise ?
I only have this ;so i think ill choose WPA2-PSK with AES ,should I select 802.11n in the pc ?
WPA2-PSK with AES is best without taking all the extra steps required to use Enterprise.
You've got to set the router/access point to accomodate the devices you plan connecting it with. If you've got two devices (PC's, etc.), one with 802.11g and the other with 802.11n, you've got to set the router/access point to operate in "mixed" mode or "g/n" only (it depends on the terms they use for the options). If your devices are all 802.11n, select "n" only.
In the PC all you need to know is the SSID and the encryption key you've got set in the router/access point.
I was using TKIP ,well I wont select 802.11 if it snt important !
Where are you seeing 802.11, without the additional letter (ie, b, g, n, etc.)? As far as I know, all wireless conforms to some version of the 802.11 standards.
I must be misunderstanding that remark...
should i choose WPA2 enterprose or personnel ?
and the other window ,should i select it ?
WPA2 Personal is plenty secure, don't worry about the second page, 802.11i FIPS is security for Government LANS only.
Enterprise needs to be supported by your router and the driver also I believe, if the option doesn't show up your router doesn't support it or it's not enabled.
Hopefully the original question is now answered.
