I just changed the default location of my Pictures user folder to Skydrive, to test it to see if there are problems. If not then I'd prefer having all of my active User folders in Skydrive, perhaps even my entire User folder. This flies in the face of convention so I will test it incrementally.
Has anyone else tried this? Is there any functionality lost? I don't worry about losing the files since there is a hard copy kept on each machine in the Skydrive folder, besides those uploaded to the cloud. And I want my files all sync'd to all devices.
I realize Skydrive has a size limit but that should only affect uploading/syncing. Will have to see how that works out.
