Windows 7: Networking between windows 7 and windows 95

is that possible to create a local network sharing between Windows 7 and win95 ?

From what I've read this can be done but you would need to make some adjustments to the local security policy on the Windows 7 machine.

Most say this can't be done or sharing will only work in one direction.
