"Connected" without Internet Access

I'm using a TP-Link 8810 modem with a switch, with 3 computers attached. Everything was going fine until 2 days ago, when the Windows 7 (64 bit) Dell notebook stopped connecting while the others were connected. In other words, there is a conflict somewhere that I can't find. The router is configured correctly. I know this is kind of vague, but can anyone help out?

I can enter the modem (192.168.1.1) from all three computers.

Address IPv4 for the Windows 7 Dell notebook is 192.168.1.2
The address on the other machines (running XP) are 192.168.1.4 and 192.168.1.6

I have no idea what this even means. I'm not trying to manage wireless networks. Thanks anyway
