Saving programs isn't worth the effort at all, trying to get the registry correct would be a nightmare. You will need to reinstall the programs.

If I had any idea there was malware or a virus or key logger involved here then reinstalling the Op system would have been my first choice but you sounded like you were having a browser problem which related to networking.

Once you see the browser going places you haven't directed it too then you are fighting a losing battle.

A system image comes in really handy for times like this. I highly suggest you set up Windows file recovery next time. It allows you to create a new image on a schedule automatically which you can save to a separate hard drive .

Try using the eset online scanner link below:
ESET :: Get a FREE Online Virus Scan

Download and run Malwarebytes free link below:
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Replace your hosts file as a precautinary measure link below:
MVPS HOSTS File Update March-30-2011 - Hosts News

Check your C;\users\AppData for randomly named apps and investigate could be sign of malware

Reset your internet browser to defaults without add-ons.

I've already done a scan with WDO and I already have a anti-virus program that is working fine. This is not a browser related problem, my computer just won't connect to the servers sometimes.

Kenan,

We can better help you when you provide a full set of System Specs.

To that end, read and carry out this procedure, as written and using SPECCY which allows you to copy, using Ctrl+C from Speccy and paste using Ctrl+V into the SevenForum System Spec pages.

Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
(left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

ADD the word laptop or desktop or netbook to the
“system manufacturer” block, for example,
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

Thanks for the help, but i've decided that a Windows reinstall is the best and easiest fix. I hope that it will solve this problem.

Yes reinstalling tends to be much faster and more straight forward than attempting to track down some unknown virus or malware, especially when you don't really know if you got rid of the entire virus or not. Best to be careful with those torrents like Karl said.

I'd think about setting up Windows file recovery and save back up images to another harddrive.

Glad your issues are resolved agree about torrents and P2P avoid like the plaque because they are plague carriers.
