What do you mean when you say "locking it out"?
Does it say that account is disabled?
Are you sure you are logging on locally and not via the domain?
-
yes i am logging localy,
yes it locked and disable the account out, so have to log in with different account to enable this account after i loged in once it locked it again!
much appreciate

Log into the account locally with an administrators credentials.
Click start > right click My Computer > Manage > Local Users and Groups > Users
Find the account which is locked and right click > properties > untick "is disabled"
Please report your findings :)
