Make file sharing (password off) available in win7 without logon

In windows 7, is there a way to set it up so that a share folder is availale from other machine without having to provide password credientials while the active user is logged off (or not even logged on)?

In windows xp with Simple File Sharing, this is the default behavior.

Thank you for your help!
