I indeed have already done sfc/ scannow, and run it twice. It said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

It means probably that you've been using a Registry Cleaner.

You have two choices - either try a System restore back to a point where the Helper Service worked properly, or download the attached file and extract it to your desktop - then right-click on the extractedfile, and select Merge

then reboot, and test.
also run the above commands again (and get rid of that registry cleaner!)

I think your virus(es) may have caused this problem, in addition to the multiple restore actions you did. I would try running Windows Defender offline to see if that finds any remaining viruses.

What is Windows Defender Offline?

IT HAS FINALLY BEEN FIXED.

NoelDP, you are the MAN. I just extracted the file to my desktop and then merged and then rebooted. League of Legends now run perfectly without any disconnections.

kogebeer you have also been VERY helpful. If it was not for the both of you guys, I probably would have been complaining until I got tired of this game.

This question is SOLVED.
