Suddenly Cannot Transfer Files Within Network
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1(build :7601)
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5200 x2 with 4gb ATI Radeon (media centre PC)
Hi, i've done much googling and troubleshooting but to no avail. For years have been sending files to my media centre pc downstairs, and now they start and then i get the message ' the specified network name no longer exists'. Have tried repair disc, running AVG PC Tune up to scan disks etc, have fully rebooted broadband and PC hardware.
Not sure how to pinpoint the problem, any utilities/actions you kind folks could suggest please?
PS I can transfer small files as they are gone before the message appears.
