Strange network behavior regarding my computer
Ever since moving to a new house, getting a new mainboard for my computer and new Modem/Router. I cannot join certain things.
Now, today I completely formatted by whole computer with a new Windows 7 Ult 64 bit. I've done all updates, however turned off Windows Defender and Windows Firewall.
In my router, I've added the ports I wish to be forwarded, 6112 - 6119.
Using Open Port Check Tool I can see that when my program isn't running the connection is refused, and when it is running it's a success.
However nobody can still join...
Second thing I tried to host was TS server, again, failed following all the steps on my own computer/network.
However, I installed uTorrent and it works fine. Same with Teamviewer.
I did some re-search and I can't find anything except for OS issues but I'm now running a new clean Win 7 OS so it isn't that.
Do you guys have any ideas?
