kodak printer will not connect over wifi!

I have a Kodak Hero 3.1 connected to my Motorola Surfboard SBG8560 modem/wireless router. It connects fine and I can find the printer and even print hen my computer is connected to Ethernet but not when I switch over to wifi. This is on a computer running windows 8 rp but I know the os is not to blame because it is not found by my roommates mac on wifi or my other roommates windows xp machine. i figure it must be a router setting that i am missing. When i run arp -a in cmd this is what i get:
    Code:
    C:\Users\William>arp -a

    Welcome to Seven Forums,

Did you setup the network security with the correct pass-phrase on the printer?

Try running AdvancedIPScanner, you'll be able to see all your network devices.
