If you can post a screen shot of the routers wireless set up page we can tell you exactly what to put in the little boxes.
You basically just need to create the SSID "name of network" and come up with a decent wireless connection password, then choose wireless N Only if you want full wireless N speeds, choose WPA personal WPA2 for security then AES encryption usually works best with Windows 7 drivers.
After that it's just a matter of setting up the wireless profile in the wireless connection manager in Windows with settings that match.
