Domain Member, Home Server Shares (NOT WHS)
I have a Windows 7 domain member (work laptop), and when trying to access home server shares (OpenIndiana server running ZFS), I get prompted for my domain credentials. The ZFS shares are set to Everyone full control.
If I login as a local user to the domain member, I DO NOT get prompted for credentials when accessing shares on this server, but I would like to avoid having to do this as I have fingerprint logins on this laptop.
The fact that when a local user accesses these shares without prompting for credentials suggests it's a domain security policy (or domain logins only), but I have no idea which one.
