How-to Change Internet IP ?

I Need Change IPv4 Address After I Downloaded Files From Some Website. I Must Change IP From Old Numbers to Difference

I Try to Restart Router But No Any Change

1-Remove your IP from your post (edit it)
2-Note this does not work for everyone.
Command Prompt, run as admin

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Any reason why you need to change IP address? Chances are, even if you have an address that is dynamically assigned by your ISP as opposed to a static one (which you may or may not have to pay a fee for), releasing and renewing the address will, in most cases, reassign the same IP as previously assigned.
