Not able to connect WIFI network.Device or resource not responding

    Hi Team,

I am using hotel wifi network and was able to use it quite nicely. But suddenly my network started showing "No Internet Access" though it was connected.

Diagnostics gives an error "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS Server) is not responding."

I am still able to connect to same wifi properly with my other laptop.

Can anybody please help me to solve this problem?

    Thanks,
    Jenish

    Welcome to Seven Forums,

Try removing all your wireless network profiles then reconnect to the desired Wi-Fi network, if it's encrypted make sure to type the correct pass-phrase.

Sorry for the delay....I see that you are using Public DNS, did you change this due to the issue that you are having? What happens if you change it back to automatic, then restart your computer after?

We can try assigning Static IPs, you will need to get an ipconfig /all output from the working computer, change the last digit of the IP Address then follow this Tutorial. If you get an IP conflict just keep on changing the last digit(s) of the IP Address.
