Openvpn SMB sharing Firewall Rule

Can someone please tell me how to get the correct ip to allow my vpn connected computer to connect to an local machine smb ?

If I select the scope and allow all on local I can connect.

When I try adding and only allowing the virtual ip address to the scope I cannot connect, I have confirmed both from openvp settings and even through running a "net session" command to verify when allow all is set and the Openvp machines connected that in fact the ip I want to allow is the correct ip. Am I missing something ? Do I need a subnet ? What other details do I add and how do I add them ?
