Error code 0x80070540

I have a windows 7 machine networked to a Mac via a 4 port router, we are trying to move a file from the Win machine to the Mac that is 750 mb and it is failing right at the end of the transfer with the following error.

Error code 0x80070540 - No more memory is available for security information updates.

Any idea how to fix this? I have found nothing via google so far.

I'll give that a try. We set this up in february and were able to move files easily ( not large files though ). The Windows 7 machine is used for a video capture machine for a studio ( Tricaster ) and is not hooked to the internet so updates are not being applied.
