So i know my download speed and upload sucks, my parents choice not mine to make.
I know the speed ISPS tend to tell you are also false. I was wondering though why is it false? Why do i only get 360-370kbps downloads when my parents are on a plan that says 3mbps download max? Same with my friend his speeds are around 14mb max, but he only gets around 1.5mb/sec.
Can someone explain why the upload and download are not what they are said to be?:huh:
