    Windows 7 - No network acesss, ipv4 and ipv6 not connected


    Hi, I am on an aspire one netbook and can no longer connect to the internet via wireless or a wired connection. I typed ipconfig/all in command prompt and all i got was..:

    Can you connect to your router and access the config pages? Have you turned off your modem and router and turned them back on again?

    the router connection status page says IPv4 and IPv6 not connected.
    I did reboot my router and still have limited connectivity.
