Copy/Paste through RDP

One of our employees is unable to copy/paste from our terminal server in Europe to her local machine anymore, and I'm trying to figure out the problem. I've already made sure that the Clipboard is checked in the RDP connection properties. I tried connecting as her on my machine, and the same thing happens. If I log out and then reconnect as me, copy/paste works. Should I have the remote admin take a look at his policy? Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you!,
B

Log in to the remote system as her and check to see if there is a process running named rdpclip.exe

If it is running, stop it and restart it - then test copy/paste again.

Also see if there are any errors in Event Viewer > Window Logs related to that exe.
