Wireless network is stuck in an identifying loop. Pleae help

My wireless won't connect to the internet at work and get stuck saying it is identifying. It works at home. All the other computers in the office work so it must be my computer. I've tried stuff on other forums or just get ignored. Can someone please help me? I operate a Lenovo V570 with Windows 7 64bit. The internet works when wired. Its just the wireless.

You can try removing the work network from your saved wireless networks.
Click the network icon (ascending bars or screen) down bottom right of your display.
Click open network and sharing centre.
Click manage wireless networks (or something like that)
Then try removing your work and adding it again.

Does your work not have an IT dept?

Is this a small workplace with just a router or do you have a server that handles wi-fi authentication?

Ok well even though it's working on other computers I would try rebooting the router (turn off and on) (explain to others the internet will be down for a minute).

I hope you have tried restarting your laptop first.

Also try reinstalling your wireless adaptor:
Click start and type "device"
click device manager
expand network adaptors (double click or click triangle thing next to it)
right click the one that has wireless, wlan or wifi in the name (or the one that doesn't have ethernet or LAN in the name).
Click uninstall
DO NOT CHECK REMOVE DRIVER SOFTWARE BOX.
click uninstall or ok whatever the affirmative action is.
Now right click on the computer name at the top of the list in device manager.
Click scan for hardware changes.
then try connect again.

Sorry that's all I have time for this morning, off to work.

Good luck
