virtual wifi not working

I have exactly the same problem and I ve tried every darn thing on this god's earth including virtual wifi router, connectify and bla bla... My android phone connects to my created network but no surfing. one thing that I noticed was that when I share my 3G device internet connection over virtual wifi, it changes the ip of virtual wifi adapter to 192.168.137.1. If I change this ip to any other default ip (like 192.168.1.10, my android device stops to connect and continues to acquire ip address, subsequently failing to connect altogether.
I NEED HELP
