Windows 7: Wifi Not Work In Windows 7 pro after updates

hi all i m using windows 7 pro 32 bit since last 4 or 5 months i reinstall windows 4 days ago my wireless card working fine after new install but when i update windows updates from Microsoft my WiFi not work i download wires card driver from HP but still no uck . is there any hep ?




My laptop is HP Compaq nc 6400
OS Windows 7 pro 32 bit

Have you tried uninstalling the recent Windows updates? You can narrow down which one is causing the problem by uninstalling them one at a time though you may need to reboot after uninstalling each one.

now i have fresh install win 7 again but still got this error .only wireless not working but lan is working fine ....

HP does not support the nc6400 for Windows 7.

I did find a thread at the HP support forum that explains how to get your nc 6400 working with Windows 7. It appears as if you need to have a copy of Windows 7 SP1 in order for this to work on your system. Although you can obtain SP1 from Windows updates so that might work as well.

The instructions are very specific for this to work on your particular system.
