Some router offer the ability to add MAC addresses to an "access list".
Access your router using its IP address, the login credentials should be something along the lines of adminassword , unless you have changed it already.
Then go to setting and click "access list"
Add your mac address and save changes. If you want anyone else to use the router, you need to add their mac address to this list.
