I'm not sure why closing it would not be sufficient? It leaves no services running in the background that I can see.

Either way, if you wish to learn exactly what it does, it's available along with the source code here:;dl=cat1

Also, I have already added my system specifications to my user profile...

And do my part? I have provided every piece of information requested so far, along with any other information I feel may be of use in resolving this issue. I have hardly done something such as posting a single sentence saying 'My internet does not work, please help' with no other information at all. If I want help I have to do my part? I do find it a little insulting that despite my every attempt at both compliance and openness so far, you still consider me to not yet be 'doing my part' here. :<

Thanks for filling in you Specs. Post #4 along with asking for your specs requested checking all hardware drivers. I couldn't find your answer to that request about all hardware drivers. Closing might work but removing it will surly work. The reason I mentioned MSE is because some people install it and use it without removing all other anti virus. That could keep us all running around in circles if more than one anti virus is running at the same time. Example. If you are asked to remove your anti virus and install MSE and your reply is; I ran MSE and found nothing. We still don't know if you remove all other anti virus as requested. It might sound nit picking but it does help us help you.
Take a look at this it just might help you.
