"Host is not communicating for more than 15 seconds"

Hey, a few days ago (before I upgraded to windows 7), I used windows XP and could login to a certain VPS box, since I've upgraded to Windows 7 I can't, the box doesn't even ask me for a username and password when I am trying to login and all I receive this error: "Host is not communicating for more than 15 seconds"

Help please?
