BitLocker on USB against Network (malicious) Administartor

How safe is the BitLocker protection for a .XLSM file (with much script inside)
that I run from USB on my pc at work from the IT administrator in case the 'big boss'
tells him to copy(snatch) it while I work on it (through the network of course.Or after I leave the work from the pagefile, excel cache, temp files etc etc)?????????????
