    When I right click on it I have the option to select "Stop service" and I click on it, and an error pops up saying Access denied. I have no idea what's going on.

    which computer is my videos on? Are you owner of the folder on that machine?

    The videos are on the zd8000's external maxtor HDD I have hooked up to it.

    It's not letting me kill it though. It's saying access denied, how do I get around that?
