"Default Gateway is not available", Nothing seems to be helping.

    Hello,
I've purchased a new desktop computer and every time that I go to run multiple programs at one my internet crashes. So I troubleshoot and it resets the Connection for me and the message pops up "Default Gateway is not available: Fixed", after this my internet is back up until I go to run multiple programs again and I keep needing to repeat this progress. It's really annoying and stops me from Skyping with people, Playing games, watching videos and downloading files.
I know some of you will probably re-direct me to some other posts that people with the same problem started and try to find a solution there.. but trust me - I did and nothing seems to be working.
It's not my router because I unplugged my router completely and hooked up my modem directly to my PC and I still had the problem.
I contacted my ISP and there's nothing they could do over the phone.
I did a clean boot, no effect.
I turned off my Anti-virus, firewall, everything to see if it would change, no effect.
I went to CMD did ipconfig /renew and all that, no effect.
I went to IPv4 on my connection and manually typed in The IP, Subnet mask, and default gateway, no effect.
I reset my modem and router multiple times, no effect.
I updated my motherboard drives (Intel Desktop boards) and Graphics card Drivers (Asus Geforce GT430), no effect.
I probably tried other methods too but can't remember..
I'm starting to lose hope and just bring my computer in to memory express for them to look at it, but before I spend my money I wanted to create an account here and give it a shot.
Sorry for the tons of information, but I just wanted to get it clear that I've tried plenty of methods and nothings helped so I don't see the same answer in this post.. although I have seen the word "DHCP" word around which I have no idea what it is but after giving the thing some research, could be.. useful information?

    well,

in problems like this you will have to grab a laptop from a friend and check if the problem still occurs.

IF YES THEN change your ISP modem.

    IF NOT THEN
    A) change your computer network card OR maybe find older drivers.
    B) maybe it is a window issue, like we had a virus once that did similar problem,
    try running combofix. ComboFix Download
    C) if all false maybe move to windows 7 64bit - as drivers are completely different.
    End If.

    Good luck
