It seems that there is another device on your network that is using the same IP address as your PC. Try changing your pc to a static IP.
1. click "start" "run" type in "cmd"
2. When a new window opens type in "ipconfig" you should get something like step 3
3. IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.
X
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.X
4 change the
X to a different number (between 1 and 254 - don't use the routers IP - this will be shown when you use the ipconfig command shown as
default gateway
