Windows 7: Can't see raspberry pi in a workgroup only on one pc

Hello there,
I have this weird problem - On one of my pcs (windows 7) I can see my raspberry pi computer (with samba installed) in my work group. Becoze of that, i cant see my network printer .



Computers for sure are in the same network, coz i can mount my samba drives from Rpi.
I checked firewall, it was turned off. In my antivirus everything is ok as well.

so on the working pc i see (in network):
working pc,
not working pc,
RASPBERRYPI

on the not working pc i see:
working pc,
not working pc.

Does anyone know what could be wrong? This is driving me nuts, i cant fix this for hours.
