    Connection Issue

Hello everyone, I have a anoying issue with my Windows 7 Ultimate.
The problem is, every time I start up the computer or after a restart, the connected is, well its connected but still not.

The connection is very slow at start, and to get it back to normal i have to open the browser and open a few website and wait to get it running. After a few minutes its back to normal, but lately that doesnt seem enough either, since last week, sometimes I have to inactivate my network card in device center and activate it again, then it works.

My network card is Realtek RTL8168B/8111B and I have the latest Win7 driver installed.

Anyone got any clue what the Issue might be?
I did not have any of this issues on Win XP or Win Vista.

    Thank you in advance
    Regards

If I were you I would keep trying to fix this. If the problem isnt the card you may still have it.

Could you go into device manager (type device manager in search). go to the network adapters and see if they both are there. does either one have a yellow triangle over it? is there any unknown devices?]

Yes, I've solved it (sort of) don't update your drivers (use the original setup drivers from the Win7 install). If your've updated the drivers, roll back your drivers to the original, but I've had limited success doing that. Realtek need to addess the problems & update thier drivers. This problem has only surfaced with Win 7 RTM, I had no dramas with the RC's or the beta releases.

Loose, it doesnt work. I have tried with the one windows update gaves me, its still the same problem, And now last week I updated to the latest win7 drivers on realtek website, its still the same, tho maybe a bit worse, cuz now when ever I start or reboot the computer, to get my connection to work I have to deactivate and activate my card to get it work...
