    Hello,

Do you have the latest firmware in your router? It might help upgrading it.

Where are you getting internet connection from? Your own broadband connection or public hotspot?
If you are connected thru your own router, this is what I meant my updating the firmware.

Have you tried a wired connection and see if you can replicate your issue?

I never got an answer regarding to this:

You will need a network cable connected directly to a router to be wired directly. This will be an opposite of a wireless connection.

The site is being blocked by my Netgear firewall, try using a different connection outside your network and see if you can access the site. If you can't access the site perhaps they are doing some type of maintenance.
