System load when downloading over WLAN/LAN

Since I've change my internet connection to a much faster one, like 100Mbps(12.5MBps), I have come over a really strange problem. It's a PPPoE connection and I have to dial it every restart.
Whenever I downloading something with a high speed, aprox. over 6 MBps(Network Utilization 60%), my CPU usage raise. When it reaches 99%, the overall system performance is decreasing significantly.
I used Performance Monitor to detect this and I found that System Interrupts is using it and also UPnP Device Host is also taking some CPU.

My laptop is ASUS X54HY-SX030D, my LAN = Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 and my WLAN = Qualcomm Atheros AR9285. The drivers are up-to-date so, I do not see any apparent problem.
I use Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

If someone can help me, I'll be glad.
