setting up proxy server from cmd
hi everyone, i'm trying to set up proxy server adddress in windows cmd coz i want to ping and try all cmd capabilities over internet. there is no problem setting it up in my IE9 and Opera, but since cmd is not an application layer program, it doesn't detect the proxy settings. so how do i set it up in cmd so that i can in example, 'nslookup Google' and get google's ip address.
