connection speed drops after minutes connected

Hey guys!
So over the course of a month, I've had this problem with my internet connection. At certain times of the day, it would just cut off. Normally, from the moment I would turn on my computer to the moment the internet cuts off, it would be about a straight 4 hours that the internet is on....
Whenever I connect a device to either of my USB 3.0 ports my internet connection drops out immediately. My Netgear WNDA3100v2 wireless dongle is connected to a USB 2.0 socket on the back panel of the mobo.
The reason I am posting this here is that I had this same problem with a previous Gigabyte...

A few days ago my internet started really acting up. Not the connection to the router, the speed would slow dramatically at random points and then come back up to normal speed.
I could deal with this except for the fact...
Symptoms:
- After few minutes (1, 5 sometimes 30) of well functioning internet, sites stop loading.
- Wireless indicator icon in the tray shows as it's STILL CONNECTED and everything's fine.
- Can't even load 192.168.1.1 in the browser.
Workaround:
- Reset adapter solves for a few minutes....
Specific game - league of legends
game runs smoothly during few min in the beginning of the game, FPS around 30-50. after few minutes into the game, fps drops to 3-5
