mounting NFS (desparate cry for help)

hi

does anybody know how to mount NFS shares with custom uid/gid?

or does anybody know how to configure user name mapping / active directory on local windows 7 installation so one could mount NFS shares with unix user permissions?

it worked perfectly in windows xp with SFU and i have no damn idea why microsoft had to screw up everything
