Hello all,
I've been having a very weird problem for a while now and can't seem to find anyone else who has experienced my version. Whenever I wake my PC from sleep the network adapter does not detect any networks (can't access my router either). When I run the diagnostic tool and it says that there may be a problem with the network adapter driver. However after 2 or so minutes the adapter suddenly finds the network and connects. When I run the diagnostic tool again it says everythings fine.

I also confirmed that this also occurs when disabling and enabling the network adapter as well.

Any ideas? I looked at the event viewer but nothing really stood out. What information can I give you guys :)

Cheers.

2 minutes after resuming from sleep isn't horrible. I have found windows 7 to be a bit picky when it comes to network adapters and sleep. A couple things you can try are to disable power save on your Ethernet card (device manager, properties) and updates. Not just software updates but Bios updates can sometimes resolve issues with on board cards. Check your bios settings for anything related to your nic as well.
