Windows 7: IP log list

Wasnt sure where to put this. Am looking for a log that shows all outbound IP address going out. XP had it but cannot find it in Windows 7. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Outbound Ip addresses from a PC? I'm not sure I understand the question here, you can run netstat to show you the connections based on port on a PC to a particular hostname.

I remember in XP (been awhile) a log somewhere that listed every IP address used on the computer. Just not sure if it was under the security systems (maybe norton) or under admin tools. Thought I would post to see if anyone knew.
