| | create a copy of my work desktop via VMWare or RDC ? Hi, is it possible to set up a windows xp copy of my work desktop as a VM on my windows 7 laptop rather than using Remote Desktop Connection ? I find using RDC very slow and jittery even though my broadband is 100MB - I believe that this is a problem with the that that Virgin Media is configured as I never had the speed problem when I was using ADSL? I want the VM to have my outlook profile on it as well as the network drives which are mapped on my work PC. I appreciate that I will need to activate the VPN which I have already configured? anyone? |
