Backing up over Internet

Hi all,

I have alot of data stored on a Windows 2008 Server.

I want it to backup onto a NAS at another location. The only trouble is the location I want can't get a static IP for a FTP server.

What else could I do? Or run on the NAS to update the IP on the Server.

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Have you tried one of the Dynamic DNS services ?? That should help with the IP.

I wouldn't suggest FTP though, since it's not secure.

Backing up to a DVD
When my download of W7 finishes do I just burn it to a DVD and that's it or do I extract the content and then burn the extracted content to a DVD? Just that I saw something mentioned about this along with a tutorial (which I can't seem to find) the other day.
