| | Hi Tom, Sorry of the tardiness, been very busy at work. Can we try uninstalling the network adapters again? This time please uninstall them from Safe Mode with Networking (restart your computer, continue tapping F8 then select this option). It's best to use the current drivers, so make sure that you download the latest drivers then manually install them. Run the ipconfig/all again in an elevated command and post it here please. |

| | I just ended up using the HP Recovery Manager to take the whole computer back to factory settings. All works now. Thanks for your suggestions. Tom |
