    wireless connection problem

Hi everyone. I am having a problem connecting my coby tablet to my wireless router or network. The ssid is broadcasting on the tablet, but I recieve an error message after 15 seconds stating that disbled secured with wpa/wpa2 psk I have reset the router 3 times and still it doesnot connect with the tablet. Is it a windows 7 problem or a router(belkin f5d7230-4-wirelss g) problem? I never had any problems before with a connection issue. Any assistance will be appreciated. deanie44

    Hi there,

Have you tried moving your Tablet closer to the router then apply the network security again with the correct pass-phrase? It is important that you type the correct pass-phrase.
I wonder if your Tablet is not hand-shaking with your network's security. Do a test and change it to WPA or WEP, it's not a very safe network security but we need to find out if the issue is the encryption level.

The SSID has nothing to do with the tablet, it's the router that's broadcasting the SSID. Are you signing into the router with the correct SSID name and password, they are both very case sensitive?
