Toshiba satellite m645 Network adapter not found

When i try to connect to my router, it says i can't connect, and shows no other networks. when i troubleshoot it, it tells me to plug a Ethernet cable in. When i open Intel MY WIFI utility, it says no intel supported wireless adapter found. but it was working fine a few days ago. please help. I don't know what i did to cause this problem, i also dont know if i need to update my driver, if so i do not know how to. i'd appreciate some help!
